Prior High-Pass Trek
You must have completed at least one Himalayan trek above 3,500m (e.g. Rupin, Buran, Kuari, Kedarkantha) or intense Western Ghats scrambles.
5 km Cardio Benchmark
Able to run 5km in under 32 minutes or cycle 20km comfortably. This ensures everyone keeps consistent alpine pace.
